Making a Difference in our Community
Our Seattle team recently wrapped up another volunteer project for a local resident with Rebuilding Together Seattle. Rebuilding Together Seattle serves low-income homeowners who are elderly, living with a disability, families with children or veterans in need – to repair homes, revitalize communities and rebuild lives. Our volunteers broke up into 4 crews; with each working on a different scope around the home. Our team completed the following projects:
- Rebuilding the front porch to be level with the front door threshold
- Rerouting the drains and gutters, adding new trim board along the exterior
- Staining the back porch
- Adding a handrail to the back and front porch
- Yard work
