Whatcom Village East Campus Modernization

Part of a 72-acre modernization development for a technology campus, the project encompasses 4 million square feet of new construction consisting of seven new office buildings and a 6,500-stall subterranean parking garage.

Andy Brown

Relentless Ally since 1998

Andy has been with the company for over 20 years and in the construction industry for more than 30. He has worked with both the Portland and Seattle teams in project management and has successfully led numerous large projects. Most recently, Andy has been instrumental to the success of a Campus Modernization project in Washington. In addition to his hard work and dedication contributing to the Northwest’s success, Andy is also a great asset to the division’s culture and sense of family.

Eldon Kiel

As the Vice President of Preconstruction, Eldon is responsible for directing all preconstruction and estimating activities for the Seattle office. He brings nearly 20 years of experience providing guidance and creative solutions to clients, partners, and project teams during project planning and in solving complex preconstruction challenges.

Troy Dickson

President, Northwest

Relentless Ally since 1997

Troy Dickson’s background includes 35 years of industry experience and 25 years of service with Howard S. Wright, a �۽�ֱ�� company, since joining the firm as a project manager in 1997. Troy has led many of the company’s most significant projects in Oregon. From preconstruction through construction, Troy has spent his career focused on operational excellence both regionally and nationally.

Troy has overseen the successful completion of many high-profile projects in Oregon such as The Portland Building reconstruction, Broadway Tower, Museum Place South Development, Eliot Tower, the Elizabeth and ODS Tower. He also directed the pursuit and delivery of the renovation and modernization of the award-winning Edith Green-Wendell Wyatt Federal Building, during which he ensured the project achieved its high-performance green building goals and recognition as one of the nation’s most energy-efficient high rises. Troy’s oversight and thought leadership has resulted in heightened job safety, reduced risk for clients and partners and an efficient platform for project teams to execute.

Troy holds a degree in civil engineering from the University of Alberta and is a licensed professional engineer and a LEED® Accredited Professional. In his spare time, Troy enjoys spending time outdoors, playing golf in the warmer months and snowboarding in the winter.

Jay Jacobsmeyer

In his 40 years in the construction industry, Jay has grown and honed his industry knowledge, skills and experience by working in all operational roles throughout his career. He has an extensive history of successfully leading teams on large complex projects with multiple stakeholders. These projects have spanned across various market types: Commercial office buildings, Hospitality, Corporate Offices, Higher Education and Healthcare/Research Facilities. Many of Jay’s projects have included early team engagement, starting at project inception and carrying through project delivery, taking the ideas and turning them into reality. This has shaped Jay’s passion in developing highly cross-functioning teams focused on delivering on the project and stakeholders' goals.

Bryan Kelley

Vice President, Legal

Relentless Ally since 2016

As the Vice President of Legal, Bryan is responsible for providing counsel, business operations support, and managing transactions, compliance, and general risk for the Washington and Oregon markets. A four-time "Rising Star" according to Washington Law & Politics Magazine, Bryan also received the AGC of Washington Associate of the Year Award in 2014.

Nancy Dean

Vice President, Risk Management

Relentless Ally since 2006

Nancy is responsible for risk management throughout the Northwest, supporting the leadership and project teams by analyzing, strategizing, and responding to evolving and complex risks, markets, and insurance requirements. Her thorough understanding of industry enterprises provides our project teams and clients with an industry advantage.
